Painting the Black Coach: The Coffin

I've gone for the closed casket coffin. The open version with the vampire doesn't look right to me.

A couple of layers of Dawnstone gets me this...

Then wash with Agrax Earthshade, drybrush with Dawnstone, the Ulthuan Grey; and edge highlight with Celestra Gray. Finally, run some Abadon Black into the gap between the lid and the base - and I get this:

I like it.
